PEST CONTROL - BRANCH II SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Requirements:
Branch 2 Structural Pest License is required. (2 or more years licensed experience is desired) Outstanding customer service skills. - Ability to operate with minimal direct supervision. - A customer focused mindset, and professional. Ability to learn and maintain pest control protocols and techniques. - Valid driver's license and good driving record. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Capable of bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing a ladder and walking and able to lift up to 75 lbs.

A typical day for our Service Technicians might include:
- Applying pesticides to structures according to schedule, safety procedures and label instructions
- Mixing chemicals and loading equipment into a company service vehicle
- Visiting customers to administer treatments, install preventative products and/or service bait/termite stations
- Collecting payments from customers
- Completing home inspections and recommending solutions for pest/termite problems
- Visiting a customer to remedy a complaint or service issue
- Prospecting for new business leads
- Typically work week consists of Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 3:30pm but can vary based on work load. Weekends and evening work is sometimes required
- Enter data and information into handheld mobile devices (iPhone/iPad) to update our office on their customer's services rendered and any other relevant information.
What do you need to qualify?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and work in a drug-free workplace
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
